Guy’s first day of working went very well. It was a nice 18 ish kms from central Vigo where we dropped his wheelie bag to be sent to Santiago de Compostela, an amazing service the Spanish postal service provides. We’ve ended up in a beautiful Airbnb a wee bit out of Redondela. I finally tried the grilled scallops, which are served everywhere here, and they were incredibly delicious. Feet are much better and back in my boots for a few days. Today we head a bit more inland toward Pontevedra. Looking forward to some forest time, and hopefully some more delightful fauna 😍. Also we will go through Arcade, where oysters are their thing…
